JobSquad ApS in Dublin city centre is seeking an experienced content reviewer to join its Arabic team. You’ll review complex, high‑risk moderation decisions, spot trends, and raise the quality bar across the team.

You must be fluent in Iraqi Arabic with strong English, bring proven moderation experience, and apply policy with precision. Expect shift-based work, onsite training, private healthcare, and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Iraqi Arabic and strong in English (C1 minimum).
• Proven content moderation experience.
• Emotional resilience and professionalism when reviewing sensitive content.
• Strong policy interpretation skills and decisive judgment.
• High attention to detail with analytical mindset and ability to give clear feedback.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed quality reviews of moderation decisions across multiple workflows.
• Audit cases involving hate speech, violent threats, self-harm, sexual content, fraud and impersonation.
• Review escalated and high-risk cases for accurate policy application.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to moderators.
• Identify error trends, policy gaps, and training opportunities.
• Support calibration sessions to ensure consistent decisions.
• Apply cultural knowledge of the Arabic market in nuanced decisions.
• Partner with operations and policy stakeholders to maintain standards.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
