JobSquad ApS in Dublin city centre is seeking an experienced content reviewer for our Italian team. You will assess high-risk moderation decisions, ensure policy accuracy, and contribute to a culture of quality and fairness.

You will audit sensitive content, provide constructive feedback to moderators, identify policy gaps, and collaborate with operations to meet daily productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and strong English (C1 minimum).
• Proven content moderation experience.
• Emotional resilience and professionalism when reviewing sensitive content.
• Strong policy interpretation skills and sound decision-making.
• High attention to detail with an analytical mindset and clear feedback.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed quality reviews of moderation decisions across multiple workflows.
• Audit cases involving sensitive content including hate speech, violence, self-harm, sexual content, fraud and impersonation.
• Review escalated and high-risk cases, assessing policy application accuracy.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to moderators to improve accuracy and policy alignment.
• Identify error trends, policy gaps, and training opportunities.
• Support calibration sessions to ensure consistent decision-making across teams.
• Apply cultural and regional knowledge of the Italian market when making nuanced decisions.
• Partner with operations and policy stakeholders to maintain high quality standards.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced environment.
