Job summary

TP in Dublin city centre is seeking a Multi Channel - Quality Expert Reviewer (Persian speaker) for a full-time, permanent onsite role. Training on site in Dublin will precede the start date on a 4-week on-site programme.

You will support quality reviews of client workflows, including content moderation across topics such as violence, hate speech, phishing, and other policy areas, as well as ID review and escalation handling.

Qualifications

• Must have evidence of previous content moderator experience.

Responsibilities

• Content Moderation - including topics such as violence, self-harm, theft, impersonation, hate speech, phishing, child exploitation, nudity and sexual content.
• ID Review and Authenticity/Access Flows;
• Escalations.
