Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Dublin City Centre is seeking a Quality Expert Reviewer (Spanish Speaker) to support quality assessment of complex client workflows. This is a fully onsite role with 40 hours per week, salary €42,667 per annum.

The role requires prior content moderation experience; you will review decisions, ensure policy alignment, and handle sensitive content with cultural awareness. Training is provided onsite in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Mandatory previous experience as a Content Moderator.
• Ability to review sensitive or potentially disturbing content.
• Strong analytical & decision-making skill.
• High attention to detail.
• Cultural awareness & professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Content Moderation Quality Reviews across client workflows.
