Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience leading analog/mixed-signal ASIC developments.
• Proven leadership experience managing design engineers in a high-performance environment.
• Fluent English and work authorization for Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analog and mixed-signal design engineers, driving innovation and excellence.
• Own the roadmap for ASICs in optoelectronic applications.
• Lead the design and delivery of high-quality ASICs, meeting stringent industrial and quality standards.
• Drive innovation in circuit design with novel methodologies, tools, and technologies.
