Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions is partnering with a reputable Project Consultancy to recruit an experienced Project Manager for major airport infrastructure projects in Dublin. You will lead projects from inception to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and engaging with key stakeholders to deliver safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 10–15+ years delivering large-scale infrastructure, construction, or capital projects.
• Relevant Civils and/or Building experience.
• Aviation experience is desirable.
• Good exposure to NEC contracts.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager managing projects through the full lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of airport infrastructure projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design, engineering, construction, and stakeholder teams.
• Ensure compliance with aviation, regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reporting to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Manage procurement activities and oversee contractor performance.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across airport operations, contractors, consultants, and client teams.
• Ensure effective change control and project governance processes are maintained.
• Support continuous improvement and best practice project delivery methodologies.
