CPL in Shannon, Co. Clare is seeking an experienced Technical Records Specialist to provide specialist services for aircraft engine lessors.

The role sits in the Technical Services Records team, focusing on reviewing documentation for OEM and airworthiness compliance and coordinating with stakeholders to close open issues. The successful candidate will manage engine records, maintain IT systems, and support MSD packs while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Formación

• At least five years in aviation-related records or technical admin roles.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to communicate with stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of maintenance manuals, documentation systems and airworthiness rules.

Responsabilidades

• Review documentation for OEM and airworthiness compliance.
• Liaise with lessors, customers and consultants; manage documentation in IT systems.
• Manage engine records for short-term leases and lease pool induction.
• Create and maintain MSD packs and related documentation.
• Produce and verify Asset Transfer documents and records in databases.
• Maintain weekly trackers and produce reports for stakeholders.
• Support other teams in the Technical Services Provision group as needed.
