Job summary

Propeller Recruitment - Aviation Recruitment Specialists in Ireland seeks a Documentation Analyst to ensure compliance with OEM and Airworthiness standards for engine documentation. You will liaise with Lessors, Customers, Technical Consultants and internal teams, managing the Asset Transfer System and generating MSD packs.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage Engine short term, Lease and Lease Pool Induction engine documentation.
• Create and maintain documentation file structures and MSD packs.
• Coordinate with Lessors, Customers, Technical Consultants and internal teams to close open issues.
• Liaise with external vendors to resolve LLP documentation issues.
• Maintain Asset Transfer System records and generate weekly tracker reports.
• Attend weekly stakeholder conference calls and ensure timely responses.
