Job summary

Ccp/Cpl is seeking a Technical Records Specialist to join the Shannon team. You will provide specialized technical records support to aircraft engine lessors, reviewing documentation for OEM and airworthiness compliance and coordinating with customers, vendors and internal teams.

The role requires strong attention to detail, five years in aviation records, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and AssetTransfer System. A permanent onsite position with a hybrid option after probation is offered.

Qualifications

• Five years+ in aviation records or technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of maintenance manuals and airworthiness rules.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage technical documentation for OEM and airworthiness compliance.
• Liaise with Lessors, Customers and Technical Consultants; manage documentation IT systems.
• Create and maintain documentation file structures and MSD packs.
• Update record systems and prepare weekly tracker reports.
• Review and close open issues with BtB paperwork and LLP documentation.
