OpenAI is seeking dedicated, experienced individuals to join its User Operations team in Singapore. You will interact with customers via tickets and Slack, troubleshoot complex problems, and help scale our post-AGI support organization.

You’ll work with cross-functional partners to reduce bugs, improve features, and build systems for faster, higher-quality responses. Fluency in English is required, and relocation assistance is offered.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in user operations, technical support, or support engineering roles in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to script or engineer code (Python or similar) to automate tasks and integrate tools.
• Expert-level SaaS troubleshooting skills with rapid understanding of new technologies.

Responsabilités

• Work directly with customers, solving their most complex problems and educating on our platforms.
• Be among the foremost OpenAI product experts, even when AI does not have the answer.
• Collaborate with engineering and customer teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Use scripting and emerging AI capabilities to improve internal tooling and automate recurring processes.
• Scale solutions by partnering with product and GTM teams and improving operational processes.
• Orchestrate improvements to our operations to elevate the team.
• Foster a supportive, productive culture within User Operations.
• Provide on-call and weekend coverage based on business needs.
