Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a dedicated professional to support the Korea market from our Singapore hub. You will troubleshoot high-impact technical issues, guide customers through API and integration challenges, and contribute to shaping world-class post-AGI support using automation and AI tooling.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations to improve systems, reduce bugs, and elevate customer experience, while maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent Korean and English communication, spoken and written.
• Minimum 5 years in user operations, engineering, or similar tech roles.
• Experience scripting (e.g., Python) for automation.
• Strong SaaS troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly interact with customers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Serve as expert on OpenAI products and platform for Korea market.
• Escalate and collaborate with engineering teams to prevent recurring problems.
• Work with Product and GTM teams to scale solutions and automate workflows.
• Identify opportunities for automation to improve team efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Provide occasional holiday and weekend on-call support as needed.
