Qualifications

• Proven experience in software product management; experience with AI-powered products or AI technologies is a solid advantage.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution; able to drive initiatives to outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in English.
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• General comprehension of product support processes and customer support operations is an advantage.
