Job summary

You will work with LangGraph, LangChain, and API integrations to deliver reliable, scalable AI services for enterprise platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams on production-grade deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with Python.
• Commercial experience building Generative AI or LLM-powered apps.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI or similar frameworks.
• Experience with distributed systems and REST APIs.

Senior AI Engineer - Daily Rate Contract - Hybrid-Working Model (3 Days' On-site) - Roles x2

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer (with strong Python skills) to help design, build, and scale enterprise-grade AI solutions that deliver real business impact.

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a key role in developing intelligent systems powered by large language models, retrieval architectures, and agentic workflows. You will be responsible for designing reliable, secure, and scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Generative AI applications using Python
• Build and optimise Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions across structured and unstructured data sources
• Develop agent-based workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or similar technologies
• Implement robust context management and orchestration strategies for complex AI workflows
• Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms through APIs and event-driven architectures
• Improve system reliability, scalability, observability, and performance
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality AI solutions
• Contribute to the evolution of AI engineering standards, best practices, and design patterns

Required Experience:

• 5+ years' software engineering experience with strong Python development skills
• Commercial experience building Generative AI or LLM-powered applications
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval strategies
• Experience working with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies
• Knowledge of distributed systems, workflow orchestration, and resilient application design
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with vector databases and knowledge graphs
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of NoSQL and relational database technologies
• Exposure to event-driven architectures, messaging platforms, and asynchronous processing
