This hands-on position offers ownership across architecture, scalability, and end-to-end delivery, with a hybrid work setup in Dublin for a 6-month rolling contract and strong long-term potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in software engineering with strong Python expertise.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks.
• Strong understanding of context management and MCP-style protocols.
• Proven experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, and retrieval strategies.
• Solid grasp of distributed workflows (state, retries, idempotency).
• Strong systems design skills with a focus on scalability and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate agentic AI systems using Python.
• Develop agent workflows using LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Implement robust context management strategies across multi-step executions.
• Build and optimise RAG pipelines across structured and unstructured data sources.
• Integrate AI solutions with internal platforms via REST APIs and event-driven systems.
• Define and implement orchestration patterns (sync, async, human-in-the-loop).

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
