Job summary

DocuSign is seeking an AI Solution Deployment Engineer in Ireland to embed with strategic enterprise customers, defining workflows, designing architectures, writing code, and engineering prompts to deliver tangible business outcomes. You will leverage DocuSign IAM Platform, MCP servers, APIs, and third-party AI integrations to optimize contract lifecycles at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, etc.
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, deployment-focused engineering, or customer-facing technical delivery roles in a tech company
• 18–24 months of experience implementing LLMs, production-grade GenAI apps, autonomous agents, or orchestration frameworks for production software
• Experience with Python, Java, C++ or systems fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Design and lead cross functional customer-facing engagements to develop and deploy a modern Agentic vision of Agreement Management business processes
• Design, build, and deploy AI enabled workflows and solutions that integrate DocuSign AI capabilities and third-party integrations
• Execute deployment firsts to prove out new Agentic implementation patterns and repeatable toolkits
• Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for technical and non-technical audiences
• Partner with customer stakeholders and internal teams to translate requirements into production AI solutions
