DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Delivery Engineer to work directly with strategic enterprise customers, designing and deploying agentic AI workflows that improve contract lifecycles across millions of agreements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in CS or related field.
12+ years in software engineering or delivery roles.
Hands-on with GenAI, LLMs, and production-grade AI apps.
Experience consulting with customers during POCs and architecture reviews.
Proficient with Python, Java, or C++.

Responsibilities

Design and lead cross-functional customer engagements for Agentic vision of management.
Build AI-enabled workflows integrating Docusign APIs and MCP servers.
Execute deployment firsts and capture patterns.
Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
Document repeatable deployment strategies and contribute learnings.
Develop data pipelines and containerized microservices for autonomous AI tools.
Stay updated on LLMS developments and deployment patterns.
Provide enterprise deployment guides and best practices.
