Job summary

MetLife Ireland is seeking a Scrum Lead to drive DevSecOps and Cloud practices across the Digital Hub in an agile environment. You will collaborate with product owners, developers and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, automated, high-quality software solutions that power our customers' experiences.

You will coach teams in modern engineering practices, manage dependencies, and report on delivery metrics, while promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Agile teams in IT projects.
• Ability to implement Agile practices and oversee DevSecOps initiatives.
• Proven track record in risk management and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead onshore/offshore scrum teams in complex work streams.
• Support release planning and maintain product backlog.
• Coach teams in agile engineering practices and CI/CD.
• Report agile metrics and manage impediments.
