Job summary
Aviva plc in Ireland seeks an experienced actuarial leader to head the Actuarial Reporting Analysis & Insight Lead within the Actuarial & Assurance team. You will lead a team of actuaries and data scientists responsible for delivering actuarial reporting, regulatory submissions, insightful financial analysis, and strategic business recommendations.

Qualifications
- Qualified Actuary with extensive post-qualification experience in actuarial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Solvency II and IFRS reporting.
- Leadership experience managing actuarial teams.
- Ability to translate actuarial results into business insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with data analytics, automation or AI-enabled solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of actuaries and data scientists.
- Oversee Solvency II and IFRS reporting, including regulatory submissions.
- Provide insights from experience analysis, stress testing, and balance sheet performance.
- Improve controls and automation to reduce spreadsheet reliance across reporting processes.
- Build governance and communicate complex actuarial matters to stakeholders.
