Job summary

Egis Group in Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for Active Travel projects. You will lead teams, manage budgets and deliver complex transport infrastructure to time and budget while maintaining high quality and strong client relations.

You will drive business development, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations across projects in Ireland.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or related field) required.
Chartered Engineer (CEng) with Engineers Ireland or equivalent required.
Minimum 10 years of relevant civil engineering/Active Travel experience.
Proven track record delivering infrastructure projects.
Strong business development, leadership and financial acumen.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Project Management: supervise execution of Active Travel projects in Ireland, on time and on budget.
Team Management: lead a high-performing project team.
Technical Expertise: apply standards and best practices to planning and delivery.
Client Engagement: build and maintain client relationships.
Quality Assurance: ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Financial Management: manage budgets, forecasts and resources.
Reporting: provide progress reports to Directors and clients.
Business Development: identify opportunities and participate in bids.
