You will balance high-volume AP activities with project work to streamline controls, systems, and automation while collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business. Hybrid work with some in-office days is offered.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payables experience in a large organisation.
• Ability to handle high transaction volumes and own key AP processes.
• Analytical mindset to reconcile data and identify improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle from onboarding to payment.
• Process invoices with accurate coding and PO matching.
• Oversee supplier account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Complete bank, supplier statement and corporate card reconciliations.
