Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent).
• 5+ years post-qualified experience in Irish practice.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and independent in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management accounts and financial reports for a varied client portfolio.
• Support day-to-day financial and compliance matters for clients.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Manage workloads to meet deadlines.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Support process improvements across finance functions.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and business support activities.
• Mentor junior team members as needed.
• Assist with internal projects and operational improvements.
• Join virtual team meetings and collaborate remotely.

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)

• Practice experience would be advantageous
