Job summary

Front is seeking bold Account Executives to join our Dublin Go-To-Market team. You’ll own the end-to-end new business sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing, while engaging inbound leads across EMEA and building Front’s presence in UKI and Europe.

This hybrid role is based in Dublin, with in-person collaboration at our Grand Canal location on select days. You’ll be part of a close-knit team of 20+ local Fronteers within a global organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a full-cycle B2B sales role, preferably AI, customer support or helpdesk solutions.
• EMEA market experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and event-led selling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the new business sales cycle from outbound to close.
• Coordinate with internal resources and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth prospect experience.
• Maintain a live pipeline and forecast revenue using Gong/Salesforce.
• Develop and execute outbound selling motions to meet monthly pipeline targets.
• Stay up-to-date with Front’s product and competitive landscape to position proposals effectively.
• Meet and exceed quarterly quota.
