Job summary

Intel is seeking a Manufacturing Shift Manager to lead a shift during compressed work week hours, owning fabrication performance, safety, quality, output and tool availability. The role requires upskilling group leaders and coordinating with department managers to meet weekly objectives.

Responsibilities include providing 24x7 senior management coverage, guiding tactical line decisions, and driving continuous improvement through lean methods across the campus and shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in semiconductor industry with engineering/production leadership.
• Experience coaching and leading groups without direct people mgmt authority.

Responsibilities

• Own shift operations focusing on safety, quality, output and tool availability.
• Lead, coach and develop shift teams in partnership with group leaders.
• Coordinate weekly objectives and 24x7 senior management coverage
• Drive lean improvements and resolve issues impacting factory metrics
