Job summary

Amazon Development Centre Ireland Limited is seeking a Security Software Development Engineer to build and scale software that collects, enriches, and vends Linux security telemetry data. You will own end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment across regions, using Go, Python, and TypeScript with a focus on performance and security.

You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, contribute to documentation and reviews, and help advance cloud security at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional software development.
• Experience designing or architecting scalable systems.
• Experience programming with at least one language.
• EU national status required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Scale and maintain high‑performing data collection, enrichment and vending pipelines for security telemetry.
• Own end‑to‑end scoping, design, development, testing and deployment across regions.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and participate in design reviews and code reviews.
