Job summary

Securitas Ireland is seeking a Site Security Manager to lead a 24/7 security operations team at a datacenter facility. You will manage security personnel, coordinate with client leadership, and ensure adherence to security policies and incident response procedures.

You will drive staffing, training, and performance management while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and client service across the site. Strong collaboration with multiple business groups is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant security experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading teams in security and/or datacenter environments preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV, access control systems, incident management tools, and video surveillance platforms.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site security team and oversee day-to-day security operations in a 24/7 environment.
• Directly manage security personnel including administrative officers, responders and control room staff.
• Partner with local leadership on recruiting, onboarding, training and employee development; manage performance and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and SOPs; monitor site performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee on-site security systems (access control, CCTV, incident management) and support audits and reporting.
