Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Corporate Security Officer to safeguard people, property and peace of mind at a prestigious client site in Dublin. This role demands vigilance, customer service excellence, and the ability to manage access, alarms, CCTV and incident response across a busy site.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and attention to detail skills are essential.
• Good level of PC skills.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Be flexible with your working hours.
• PSA Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for security-related matters.
• Access control management including assigning and removing access, preventing and detecting
• Badge issuance and administration (creation, distribution, inventory).
• Alarm monitoring and response.
• Asset protection and prevention of loss and waste.
• Issuance, control and management of keys.
• Customer service/ provide assistance to employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• CCTV monitoring.
• Report, record and respond to incidents, accidents, H&S matters, and emergency situations.
• Carry out patrols to promote safe and secure environment.
• Support reception team after hours (visitor management).
• Provide assistance at functions/events.
• Complete training relevant to the site and fulfil duties (knowledge of Lenel, RightCrowd, fire control).
