Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Security (Ireland) to bridge security initiatives with business strategy. You will drive high-stakes security programs, plan milestones, and report to executives, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with company goals.

You will lead end-to-end program lifecycle, manage cross-functional security initiatives, and build dashboards to monitor KPIs/KRIs, including patch management and detection times.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in technical program management within cybersecurity or information security.
• Strong technical fluency in security domains and secure SDLC.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning for security initiatives and translate goals into executable, multi-phase programs.
• Own end-to-end program lifecycle: scope, deliverables and milestones.
• Provide dedicated project management for cross-functional security initiatives and unblock progress.
• Build and maintain dashboards with KPIs/KRIs to monitor security operations and metrics.
