Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager based in Ireland (Dublin/Cork or remote) to partner with Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, and Analytics.

You will lead one of our most mission‑critical programs, owning executive level communication and driving data‑driven experiments to deliver features. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in engineering organizations and 10+ years in software development, with cloud storage/compute and SOA experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading complex cross-functional technical programs in an engineering organization.
• 10 years of software development experience with cloud storage/compute products.
• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture and Cloud Infrastructure.
• Ability to influence technical discussions and summarize outcomes.
• Strong communication across diverse engineering groups and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering programs forward to maximize business value.
• Recognize patterns in information and take appropriate actions.
• Design, maintain, and improve processes and tools for program delivery.
• Build strategic partnerships with Product and Engineering teams.
• Expand knowledge into new domains as needed.
• Mentor junior TPMs and lead by example.
• Embed MongoDB leadership commitments in delivery practices.
