Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Security in Ireland to bridge security initiatives with business strategy, driving multi‑phase programs and executive reporting. You will own end‑to‑end program lifecycle, ensure on‑time, within‑budget delivery, and align with company goals.

You will lead cross‑functional security programs, build dashboards for KPIs/KRIs, and collaborate with Security leadership and executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience including 5+ years of technical program management experience, ideally within cybersecurity or Information Security.
• Strong technical fluency in security domains and secure SDLC.
• Experience building dashboards and presenting data‑driven insights to stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with C‑level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning for security initiatives, translating goals into multi‑phase programs and defining scope, deliverables, and milestones.
• Provide dedicated project management for complex, cross‑functional security initiatives and unblock progress.
• Build and maintain dashboards of KPIs/KRIs to track operational security metrics (patching, detection times, gaps).
• Support budget tracking and procurement for security tools and vendor relationships.
• Create executive presentations and coordinate governance with Security leadership and Board discussions.
