This cross-functional engagement helps ensure a coordinated and effective security posture, enabling Global Security to proactively identify, assess, and respond to threats and operational challenges across the firm. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, sound judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make informed decisions in fast-paced and time-sensitive situations. The successful candidate must be comfortable engaging with all levels of management, business stakeholders, vendors, private-sector partners, and government agencies. This role is based onsite in our Galway office and requires employees to be in the office 5 days per week.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Experience developing and delivering presentations to both individual and group audiences. Strong analytical and research capabilities utilizing a broad range of information sources. Ability to assess the credibility, relevance, and reliability of information from multiple sources. Understanding of physical security operations, access control systems, incident management, and life safety procedures. Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations requiring rapid decision-making and sound judgment.
