Managed Accounts are a growing business in the financial services industry, and Strategic Advisors Technology is seeking a Principal Systems Analyst - Player Coach to help our advisor business grow. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about investment management, problem solving, building great things, and continuously improving, with solid leadership experience. The Team The Account Management Compute and Review team within Strategic Advisors Technology provides personalized portfolio management to Fidelity's over 3 million managed accounts customers, providing tax advantages and customizations all with the aim to help customers realize their investment goals. As a Principal Systems Analyst & Player Coach, you set overall purpose and vision for the work of a team, serving as the end-to-end gatekeeper of the mission, strategy, product life cycle and value creation. This is not just about gathering requirements & running workshops; it's about understanding the 'why' behind them. You will then work with your Development Team to translate Epics into user stories and deliver high quality, innovative and timely solutions. Outside of the development team you will work closely with Fidelity's Strategic Advisors portfolio engineers, investment architects and operations team to understand their vision and challenges.
