Job summary

CPM Ireland is seeking a Christmas Merchandiser in Limerick. The role focuses on replenishing stock and delivering high visibility for the client, with strong initiative and relationship-building with store managers to achieve additional displays using POS provided.

The successful candidate will follow journey plans, ensure planogram compliance, and maintain CPM and client standards while building strong team relationships and delivering effective merchandising outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to journey plans given by line manager.
• Ensure merchandising guidelines are followed with emphasis on Planogram compliance, maximising promotional space and negotiating with Store Manager.
• Record relevant sales and merchandiser requirements, competitor activity and provide feedback promptly.
• Ensure all products have correct SEL placed in front of the product.
• Merchandise all promotional ends and ensure correct pricing is in place.
• Capture before and after photographs on a handheld device.
• Liaise with store manager prior to leaving to ensure satisfaction with work completed.
• Build strong relationships with all parties to work as a team.
• Maintain CPM and client standards and policies.
• Strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers.
• Operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks.
• Undertake any other duties as instructed by line manager.

Job description

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Christmas Merchandiser role will involve working as part of a team to deliver high visibility for the client. Core focus for the role would be to replenish stock.

Merchandisers will be expected to work on their own initiative and build strong relationships with store managers and achieve additional secondary displays using POS provided.

Responsibilities:

• To adhere to journey plans given by line manager


• To ensure that all merchandising guidelines are being adhered to with emphasis on Planogram compliance, maximising promotional space and negotiating with Store Manager


• Record relevant sales and merchandiser requirements, competitor activity and provide feedback in a timely manner


• Ensure all products have correct SEL placed in front of the product;


• Merchandise all promotional ends and ensure correct pricing is in place;


• Capture before and after photographs on a handheld device


• Liaise with store manager prior to leaving ensure they are happy with work completed;


• Build strong relationships with all parties to work together as a team;


• To maintain all CPM and client standards and policies


• To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers


• To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks
