Job summary

CPM Ireland is seeking a Christmas Merchandiser to support regional sales by delivering high visibility for the client and replenishing stock across stores. The role requires initiative and building strong relationships with store managers to secure secondary displays using POS materials.

Responsibilities include following journey plans, ensuring planograms, recording sales and competitor activity, capturing photos, and maintaining CPM and client standards.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to journey plans by the line manager.
• Follow merchandising guidelines, ensure Planogram compliance, maximise promo space, and negotiate with Store Manager.
• Record relevant sales and merchandiser requirements, monitor competitor activity, and provide timely feedback.
• Ensure all products have correct SEL placed in front of the product.
• Merchandise promotional ends and ensure correct pricing.
• Capture before/after photographs on a handheld device.
• Liaise with store manager before leaving to confirm satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with all parties to work as a team.
• Maintain CPM and client standards and policies.
• Strive to reach the highest standards of performance for customers.
• Operate efficiently to complete all tasks.
• Undertake any other duties as instructed by the line manager.

Job description

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Christmas Merchandiser role will involve working as part of a team to deliver high visibility for the client. Core focus for the role would be to replenish stock.

Merchandisers will be expected to work on their own initiative and build strong relationships with store managers and achieve additional secondary displays using POS provided.

Responsibilities:

• To adhere to journey plans given by line manager


• To ensure that all merchandising guidelines are being adhered to with emphasis on Planogram compliance, maximising promotional space and negotiating with Store Manager


• Record relevant sales and merchandiser requirements, competitor activity and provide feedback in a timely manner


• Ensure all products have correct SEL placed in front of the product;


• Merchandise all promotional ends and ensure correct pricing is in place;


• Capture before and after photographs on a handheld device


• Liaise with store manager prior to leaving ensure they are happy with work completed;


• Build strong relationships with all parties to work together as a team;


• To maintain all CPM and client standards and policies


• To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers


• To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks


• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager
