Job summary

CPM Ireland is seeking a Christmas Merchandiser to join our field team in the Dublin area. You will replenish stock, implement planograms, maximise promotional space and build strong relationships with store managers to achieve great in-store visibility.

Working with the team, you will follow journey plans, capture product displays with before/after photos, and ensure pricing and SEL are correct. A full clean licence and tech familiarity are essential for success and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail is a plus.
• Able to interpret planograms and merchandising guidelines.
• Strong customer service and store liaison abilities.
• Willingness to travel between stores within the region.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to journey plans as directed by line manager.
• Ensure merchandising guidelines, planogram compliance, and promotional space maximize.
• Record relevant sales and merchandiser requirements, competitor activity and provide feedback in a timely manner.
• Ensure all products have correct SEL placed in front of the product; merchandise all promotional ends and ensure correct pricing.
• Capture before and after photographs on a handheld device.
• Liaise with store manager prior to leaving to ensure they are happy with work completed.
• Build strong relationships with all parties to work together as a team.
• Maintain CPM and client standards and policies.
• Consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers.
• Ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager.

Job description

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Christmas Merchandiser role will involve working as part of a team to deliver high visibility for the client. Core focus for the role would be to replenish stock.

Merchandisers will be expected to work on their own initiative and build strong relationships with store managers and achieve additional secondary displays using POS provided.

Responsibilities:

• To adhere to journey plans given by line manager
• To ensure that all merchandising guidelines are being adhered to with emphasis on Planogram compliance, maximising promotional space and negotiating with Store Manager
• Record relevant sales and merchandiser requirements, competitor activity and provide feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure all products have correct SEL placed in front of the product;
• Merchandise all promotional ends and ensure correct pricing is in place;
• Capture before and after photographs on a handheld device
