Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to drive Agile product delivery across distributed teams in a fast-paced financial services environment.

You will champion servant leadership, coach teams in Agile methodologies, run all Scrum ceremonies, and own sprint and program increment planning, while tracking progress and removing impediments to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master with proven experience leading technical Agile teams.
• Experience delivering in financial services or banking environments ideal.
• Strong communication, facilitation and analytical skills essential.

What Skills You Need In This Job As A Scrum Master:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master/Scrum Coach managing technical Agile teams, ideally within the financial industry.
• Certified Scrum Master and deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall SDLCs.
• Expertise using Scrum workflow tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and strong skills in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
• Experience with data warehouse/reporting projects and managing global teams is highly desirable.
• Accounting or financial services background is a plus.
