Job summary

Adecco Portugal in Dublin is seeking a Senior Scrum Master for a six-month contract in Dublin. You will facilitate Agile teams, coach Scrum ceremonies, and drive delivery of working software in an iterative environment.

The role requires extensive Scrum Master experience, certification preferred, and strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint. Financial industry data projects and reporting experience are advantages.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing products using Agile methodology and iterative environments.
• Five years of Scrum or similar Agile experience.
• Scrum Master experience with certification preferred.
• Experience with JIRA, SharePoint and Confluence.
• Experience managing data warehouse and reporting projects in the financial industry.
• Accounting background and/or financial services experience preferred.
• Ability to lead multiple projects or teams in a technical environment.
• Strong servant leadership and collaboration with Scrum teams.
• Knowledge of sprint metrics and program increment planning.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing products using Agile methodology and facilitating in an iterative environment
• A can-do attitude and willingness to work with Scrum teams to deliver working software within Agile
• Experience using structured product management methodologies and formal tools and approaches
• Five years of Scrum or similar Agile experience
• Scrum Master experience; certification preferred
• Accounting background and/or financial services experience preferred
• At least five years of commercial experience as a Scrum Master or Scrum Coach, successfully managing multiple projects or teams in a technical environment
• Experience with recognised Scrum workflow tools such as JIRA, and with SharePoint and Confluence
• Extensive experience owning sprint and quarter-on-quarter metrics, daily radiators, sprint reviews, capacity planning and quarterly program increment planning
• Experience managing data warehouse and reporting projects in the financial industry
• Knowledge of SharePoint
