We are delighted to assist a highly successful supermarket chain in Cork City, known for its distinguished stores and commitment to excellence in fresh food retail.Our client is looking for a scratch baker to join the team in their busy bakery department, ideally someone from retail bakery, scratch baking or bakery production background. The store is located on a great commuter belt and just a 20 minutes' drive from Cork City and a 20 mins drive from Fermoy. This job also requires leadership mindset, previous knowledge of HACCP and inventory control and achieving sales targets. If you are looking to progress down the path of managing a bakery than this is the right fit for you.

Standard shifts normally run from 6:30am to 3:00pm. However, due to the temporary revamp of the Bakery Department, the shift pattern has been changed to 1:00am to 10:00am.
