Job summary

Dictamin Limited T/A Supervalu in Ireland is seeking a dedicated Baker to produce, bake and present a wide range of fresh bakery goods to high standards, while delivering friendly customer service.

The role covers planning, ensuring quality and safety under HACCP guidelines, maintaining stock, rotating products, and helping the bakery team meet daily targets across the store.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience as a baker is required.
• Demonstrates strong food safety knowledge and HACCP compliance.
• Willingness to work 39 hours per week and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and finish breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods to store and customer standards.
• Monitor stock levels, rotate products, and minimise waste through proper planning and storage.
• Maintain excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in line with HACCP and store policies.
• Provide friendly, efficient and knowledgeable service to customers, including handling special orders.
• Assist in display and merchandising of bakery products to maximise sales and maintain attractive presentation.
