Job summary

SYSTRA in Ireland is seeking an experienced Planner/Scheduler to support major infrastructure schemes. The role focuses on schedule management, resource planning, and performance reporting to keep projects on time and within budget.

You will collaborate with NEC4 Project Managers, coordinate inputs, maintain master schedules, and lead scheduling activities across site teams. Hybrid work arrangement and a dynamic environment await a proactive planning professional.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in schedule management on high value road and infrastructure projects.
• Experience with NEC4 scheduling and project controls.
• Ability to coordinate inputs into a master schedule and report progress.
• Experience in resource planning and leading scheduling activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to NEC4 Project Manager and NEC4 ECC Assistant Project Manager for schedule management.
• Maintain site schedules, report progress and milestones to CBCIW and stakeholders.
• Lead scheduling efforts across the delivery of the project and ensure compliant plans.
• Develop and maintain a detailed resourcing plan for the Operations sub-functional area.
