During this time, you will gain the broad practical experience and personal growth which will progress your academic and professional career. Previous placement students have continued to successfully complete their final year and return to Savills BPC as full-time graduate surveyors.
You will gain experience in full range of core Building Surveying competencies such as, Building Pathology, Dilapidations, Planned Maintenance Programmes, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Schedules of Conditions, Technical Due Diligence reporting, Project Management. Contract Administration and Design & Specification. The position is based in our Dublin office with site visits and various inspections scheduled intermittently as necessary.
