Savills Ireland invites applications for its 2027 Residential Placement Programme in Dublin. A 14-week placement from January to May 2027, offering hands-on experience across leading teams including Country Agency & Residential, New Homes and Residential Management & Lettings.

We are now accepting applications for our 2027 Residential Placement Programme for our Dublin office.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Ireland's leading real estate advisory firms for a 14-week placement between January and May 2027.

During your placement, you will gain valuable hands-on experience, work alongside industry-leading professionals and develop a deeper understanding of the Irish property market. Placements may be available across a range of market-leading teams, including Country Agency & Residential, New Homes, and Residential Management & Lettings.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to real projects, support client work and gain exposure to the breadth of services delivered by Savills. Whether you are considering a future career in surveying, property, real estate finance or advisory services, this placement will provide practical experience and insight to support your academic and professional development.
