Job summary

The Dublin-based client is seeking a SAP Test Manager/Test Lead to join on a permanent basis. You will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of automated testing across SAP systems, covering functional, regression, performance, and UAT phases.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to establish testing standards and drive quality across the project lifecycle. A minimum of 5 years in software testing with at least 2 years in leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software testing experience.
• At least 2 years in test management or leadership.
• Experience delivering testing programmes in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience implementing automated testing solutions in SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of automated testing initiatives across SAP systems.
• Oversee all phases of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Establish and maintain testing standards, processes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Professional Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance, including at least2 years in a test management or leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering testing programmes within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks, methodologies, and quality assurance best practices.
• Experience implementing and managing automated testing solutions, ideally within SAP landscapes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, testing resources, and stakeholder relationships effectively.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
