CareerWise Recruitment in Cork is seeking a Warehouse Systems Specialist for a multinational Life Sciences client. You will own SAP and MES usage in the warehouse, ensuring stock accuracy and batch traceability, while supporting electronic documentation and related systems.

You will act as the primary point of contact for warehouse applications, lead small system projects, train users, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvements in manufacturing operations.

Formación

• Degree or Postgraduate qualification in an IT/Systems field.
• Experience with SAP and MES or similar systems is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across interfaces.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support SAP/MES related activities within the Warehouse.
• Be the single point of contact for warehouse applications and related initiatives/projects.
• Develop and support user training; maintain SOPs and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and change requests.
• Lead small systems projects from definition to delivery, managing risk and progress reporting.
