Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in training, learning and development, organisational change, or change management roles.
• Experience developing and executing training programmes supporting technology, process, or organisational change initiatives.
• Proven ability to create engaging learning content and drive user adoption across stakeholder groups.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting SAP, ERP, or business transformation programmes would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programmes for SAP solutions, system enhancements, and process improvements.
• Design and implement change management strategies to minimise disruption to business operations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs and create learning solutions tailored to different user groups.
• Produce engaging training materials, user guides, and communication plans to support organisational change initiatives.
• Monitor user readiness, adoption levels, and training effectiveness, implementing improvements where required.
• Promote employee engagement and awareness throughout transformation projects to ensure successful outcomes.
