EY’s Dublin-based Salesforce Services team is expanding to help clients transform into AI-driven, data-centric organisations using Data Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein AI and related Salesforce capabilities. You will design, deliver and lead digital transformation programmes with a focus on data, analytics and AI-enabled customer experiences.

The role offers a hybrid working model, collaboration across the UK & Ireland practice, and opportunities for career development within EY’s Technology

You will join the EY’s Salesforce services team within Technology Consulting, working closely with communities of transformation focussed professionals who work together to deliver this change, sharing modern engineering enablement and smart automation to optimise delivery and speed to outcome. These teams have deep functional knowledge and experience across our client’s core business functions, combined with deep technical skills to lead and deliver business outcome led high quality client solutions. Your key responsibilities

As mentioned above EY is hiring Technical Consultants across a wide range of experience levels. The role of technical consultants within EY is described below – the extent of ownership or support of each of these roles is subject to the candidate’s experience level.

This role helps clients unlock value through trusted customer data, analytics and AI-powered customer experiences on the Salesforce platform. Working across Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce and Einstein AI, you will design and deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Market / Client Centricity.

In this role, you will focus on EY’s clients to identify and drive opportunities and revenue through Salesforce-led digital transformation. You will build relationships, understand client challenges, and create technical capability maps and delivery plans. You will collaborate with technical architects, SMEs, and client stakeholders and:

• Support client discussions around Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein AI and customer intelligence solutions, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency through AI, analytics, data harmonisation and intelligent automation.
• Support proposal development, estimation and solution design for Data Cloud and AI-enabled transformation programmes.
• Work closely with EY teams, client stakeholders and Salesforce specialists to shape Data Cloud and AI solution approaches.
• Develop trusted relationships with client project managers, product owners, enterprise architects and other key stakeholders.
• Support the scoping, shaping and sizing of customer and digital transformation engagements.

Technical & Solution Design

• Provide technical expertise across Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Industries, MuleSoft and Data Cloud.
• Provide technical expertise with regards to overall enterprise architecture, cloud migration and/or software‑as‑a‑service in one or more target sectors. We are particularly interested in candidates with industry experience in Financial Services, Telco, Media & Technology and Life Sciences/Pharma.
• Lead technical analysis of current and future business processes to define solution requirements and architecture.
• Drive solution design activities and translate technical requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including customer data models, identity resolution and activation use cases.
• Design and deliver AI-enabled customer engagement solutions leveraging Agentforce, Einstein AI and Salesforce ecosystem capabilities.
• Design and implement data integration and migration solutions using Salesforce and enterprise integration platforms.
• Support customer data platform initiatives, including data quality, governance and Customer 360 programmes.
• Design analytics and reporting solutions that provide actionable customer and operational insights.
• Ensure AI and analytics solutions align with business objectives, security requirements and responsible AI principles.

• Line management of technical managers/consultants/developers within the team, coaching, guiding and helping them grow to their full potential.
• Provide leadership and upskill team members on solution design, technical analysis, user‑centred design and business process improvement.
• Focus on own development.
• Continuous meaningful career development and performance review conversation with direct reports
• Lead, manage and maximise the performance of project teams when acting as the Technical Lead or Workstream Lead.

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Experience delivering Salesforce solutions involving Data Cloud, customer data platforms, AI capabilities and enterprise integrations.
• Understanding of Salesforce AI technologies including Agentforce, Einstein AI, analytics and customer intelligence solutions.
• Experience designing data integration, migration and data harmonisation solutions.
• Understanding of customer data governance, data quality and trusted data foundations.
• Capable of prioritising and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to explain technical, data and AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple activities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Experience creating client‑facing presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools.

Ideally, you also will have:

• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification (or equivalent experience)
• Salesforce AI Associate and/or AI Specialist certification
• Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI or conversational AI solutions
• Experience with Tableau, CRM Analytics or enterprise analytics platforms
• Experience with customer data platforms and customer 360 initiatives
• Experience delivering CRM data migration programmes
• Experience integrating Salesforce with Azure OpenAI, AWS or other AI platforms (desirable)
• Prior experience in consulting for medium‑to‑large‑scale system implementations
• Experience in providing solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem – including but not limited to core Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing)
• Experience with Veeva CRM
