You will work closely with leadership, sales and marketing colleagues to drive commercial effectiveness and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, contributing to team performance and business results.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, marketing support or commercial operations.
• Strong reporting and presentation preparation skills.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to sales and leadership teams.
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, trackers and customer-facing documentation.
• Support sales planning, pipeline reporting and business performance tracking.
• Assist with proposal preparation, meeting coordination and commercial administration.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting systems.
• Coordinate marketing materials and events; support campaigns and internal communications.
• Manage day-to-day running of the Dublin office and coordinate facilities and services.
