MyHome.ie invites applications for a Sales and Marketing Executive to provide operational and administrative support across the Sales and Marketing teams in a hybrid Dublin role.

You will help ensure campaigns, client activity, reporting and internal systems are managed accurately and efficiently.

Key duties include campaign administration, client reporting, CRM/Salesforce management, and preparing sales materials and creative assets to maintain high data quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales support, marketing support, campaign operations, commercial administration or similar role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a number of tasks and priorities at the same time.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Sales and Marketing teams.
• Coordinate the setup and administration of advertising and marketing campaigns, ensuring activity is delivered accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Support Account Managers with client administration, campaign requirements, proposals, presentations and other sales materials.
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of creative assets and advertising materials, ensuring these are in line with agreed specifications and brand standards.
• Prepare regular client and campaign performance reports, working with relevant teams to ensure reporting is accurate and delivered on time.
• Maintain accurate client, account and campaign information within Salesforce and other internal systems.
• Support good CRM practices across the team, including data accuracy, account updates and general database administration.
• Assist with client onboarding and account setup, ensuring all required information is captured and processed correctly.
• Respond to client and internal queries and ensure issues are directed to the appropriate person where necessary.
• Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations and campaign documentation.
• Assist with marketing administration, including campaign coordination, promotional activity, events and other initiatives as required.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to support the effective delivery of Sales and Marketing activity.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, reporting and data quality across the function.
• Provide general administrative and operational support across Sales and Marketing as required.
