Sigmar Recruitment is recruiting for a Sales Manager to lead a US-based global media and marketing company in Ireland. The role oversees 20+ outbound and field sales teams, coordinating with senior client stakeholders and driving strategic relationships.

You will coach, develop and recruit the team, manage operations and reporting, and ensure KPIs are met while optimising revenue and costs. A full driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience leading outbound sales teams both office based and road based, preferably within the Telecoms industry.
• 2+ years' experience in client services or account management.
• Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders and managing those relationships at a strategic level is essential.
• Proven experience coaching and developing teams.
• Full driving licence is a must.

Working for a US-based global media and marketing company who have been in Ireland for 40 years.

Due to success and expansion, they are looking for a Sales Manager to manage a team of 20+ Sales people.

This role will be office based and road based as you will be managing office based outbound sales teams and field sales teams out on the road.

You will be working directly with senior client stakeholders and managing those relationships at a strategic level so experience in this is a must.
