Job summary

The Sofitel Dublin Airport Hotel, a luxury flagship property operated by Arora Group in partnership with Accor’s Sofitel brand, seeks a Senior Reservations Manager. You will lead the reservations team, drive revenue strategy, and contribute to pre-opening planning and market insight.

Responsibilities include forecasting, reporting, inventory management across channels, and team development. This role offers dynamic growth within the Arora Group’s expanding portfolio and a premium hotel

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proven track record in managing teams in a luxury hotel.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Reservations team to meet guests' needs and brand standards.
• Ensure effective communication procedures for planning guest requirements.
• Create pre-opening demand, forecast, reports, and contribute to revenue strategy.
• Complete weekly and monthly forecasting and revenue reporting.
• Manage room inventory, restrictions, rates across channels to maximise occupancy.
• Adhere to the credit policy and participate in credit meetings.
• Propose/practice pricing, stay controls and inventory management.
• Maintain rates, packages, promotions, corporate agreements across Opera/OTAs.
• Develop revenue capture awareness and train the team to maintain high standards.
• Duty Manager shifts.
