Sofitel Dublin Airport Hotel, a luxury flagship property managed by the Arora Group in partnership with Accor's Sofitel, seeks an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to lead pre-opening and ongoing front desk operations. The role focuses on delivering a seamless, personalised guest experience and upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or assistant-management experience in a busy hotel Front Office or Reception operation.
• Strong guest-service orientation with calm, professional handling of guest situations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Front Office Manager in leading Reception and Night Front Office operations, ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures.
• Play a key role in the hotel's pre-opening journey, including recruitment, training, SOP development and system testing.
• Deputise for the Front Office Manager when required and provide leadership during shifts.
• Own guest requests and service recovery, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Engineering and Guest Relations to maximise room readiness and guest satisfaction.
